As well as Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s onscreen celebratory kiss over the weekend, another thing that grabbed the attention of fans was the singer’s adorable Travis-themed friendship bracelet, which read ‘TNT’. What’s even more adorable, is the story behind it.

All eyes were on Travis Kelce and The Kansas City Chiefs this weekend, as they secured their spot in the all-important Super Bowl. Of course, Taylor Swift was there to support and celebrate her boyfriend, and as she wrapped her arms around his neck fans were graced with her adorable friendship bracelet.

Adorable backstory behind Taylor Swift’s friendship bracelet from Travis Kelce

The kiss, the win, the jewels. It’s all too much for our hearts to handle! The custom jewelry piece everyone has their eyes on has a diamond chain with three gold charms “TNT” written in tiny diamonds. Standing for, Taylor ‘n’ Travis.

The custom piece was part of WOVE’s collection with pro golfer Michelle Wie West. “She’s [Swift] a big inspiration for the piece itself,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “TNT, dynamite. Their relationship is dynamite. It’s just so cute,” she continued.

“… I hope that [Swift] thinks it’s nice, and sparkly, and pretty, and [that] TNT [is] sentimental and cute and funny.”

The cuteness didn’t stop there. Michelle told the publication she actually reached out to the NFL player saying Swift ‘the Queen of friendship bracelets’ was the first person she thought of.

“He’s so gracious enough to support the collection, and be the middleman and hand one over to Taylor. I’m just so, so thankful for that,” she told ET.

The brand also revealed via their TikTok account the 36-year-old also has a bracelet to match, and was the one who came up with the ‘TNT’ nickname.

The designs are said to start at $5,600.

Friendship bracelets hold huge significance in the celebrity couple‘s relationship, as before they started dating, the Chiefs star attended one of her Eras shows, in the hopes of sparking up a conversation and passing on his number, via a bracelet.

“I was a little butt hurt I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her,” Travis said in an episode of the New Heights podcast.

“If you’re up on Taylor Swift concerts, there are friendship bracelets handed out. I received a bunch of them, but I wanted to give Taylor Swift one with my number on it,” he explained to his brother, Jason Kelce.

However, he learned that the music star “didn’t like speaking to people in those periods,” but it all worked out in the end!
