UPDATE: Two people were injured in a crash between a motorcycle and a car at West 2nd and Gaines streets in Davenport on Thursday night, according to an Iowa State Police crash report. Police allege in the report that 28-year-old Dayshaun Rias, of Davenport, was driving a Suzuki motorcycle while “actively eluding” law enforcement.
