Taylor Swift has been embarking on her worldwide Eras tour since March 2023, and there’s still a year left to go. Some eager fans in Argentina have been camping out for a whopping five months to make sure they get the best view possible for the action.
The music star is taking her show-stopping concert to Buenos Aires’ River Plate Stadium on November 9, 10, and 11, but these fans have been ready and rearing to go ever since June.

Taylor Swift fans camp for five months in preparation for Argentina show
The extreme Swiftie superfans have been camping outside Buenos Aires’ River Plate Stadium for months hoping to get the best view of their idol with their general admission tickets.
“We’ve been in this tent for five months,” says a 21-year-old Swiftie told Pitchfork.
Most of the campers are said to be young women, although no one under 18 is allowed, the publication reports.
One fan said she’s spent more than 300 total hours, or 12-and-a-half days, in the tents. However, the Swifties only spend time in the tents whenever they’re free, and don’t drop their life responsibilities.
However, to remain in the line, organizers mandate one full night’s worth of sleep and a minimum of 60 hours a month in the tents.

Although the Swifties are staying out of everyone’s way in their Taylor bubble, they reveal some people aren’t happy with them.
“People are very upset with us camping for some reason,” one fan tells Pitchfork. They explained how people would scream “Go to work!” to them at 2 a.m.
Does it really affect you that much? I’m the one who’s sleeping on the street, not you,” the fan said.
After Taylor’s first South American dates in Buenos Aires, she’ll then be off to Brazil, before ending the 2023 dates in São Paulo.
She’ll then have a break until Feburary 2024, before picking back up in Tokyo.
The Love Story singer has been on a break since August, after wrapping up in the US, and has been seen spending quality time with her new NFL boo, Travis Kelce.
